I formed ‘Vishwa Shah’s Community Service Brigade’ and with the help of our team members, we collected unused medicines from different resources. We handed these over to the Bhavnagar Red cross, Bhavnagar Drug Bank and to the Community Health Centers of the slum areas of Bhavnagar. On my own initiative, I also helped raise funds for the Bhavnagar Drug bank to help them reach more than 30K patients annually. I inspired more than 10 persons to contribute towards supporting the “Water & Sanitation” project of Rotary International & the ‘Sight-first’ project of Lions Club International.

This project is being made on FMCG manufacturing company. Internship report is made on research topic "MARKET SURVEY OF RETAILERS OF NIRMA ADVANCE DTERGENT POWDER".The analysis is being done through primary data. Whether retailers are satisfied or not with the supply chain of the company is being found by filling the questionnaire.

The period of my internship involves my time spent at the unit understanding & observing different sections of the soda ash manufacturing plant.

I understood the importance of training program during this period. During this time, I have come across a lot of new things along with understanding the complex process of manufacturing.I have also experienced the working atmosphere, how everyone is continuously trying to expand the capacity, maintaining the quality, fulfilling customer’s satisfaction, process efficiencies, etc...
